Rachel has been with the SHR team for 8 years. Prior to that she spent 10 years managing a Sailboat Racing Store and working as an Office Assistant & Bookkeeper for a Helicopter Instrument Repair shop. Her experience in management, sales, marketing, and bookkeeping has made her an important member of our team. Rachel and her family enjoy spending their time hiking and exploring the outdoors.

Kathy began her career in Trucking with a small trucking company in Colorado. Where she did everything from Bookkeeping to Log Auditing, Driver Files to Dispatch, OD Permitting and Logistics. She managed FB, SD, RGN, and Livestock.
She always enjoys a new challenge and began to realize that there was a real need for O/O and Small Fleets to have someone in their corner. Truck Owners made the decision to buy their own truck because they didn’t want to work for someone else, they want to be their Own Boss. However, the things that come along with owning and running your own truck can be overwhelming so to do the job most efficiently you find that you need a whole office full of people!
